Our team came onto Kingsford looking to recharge and re-energize one of America's most iconic brands. We highlighted the values of grilling with charcoal - mindfulness, fellowship, and savoring every bite of life. Because when you love grilling, you want it to take longer, so you can spend more time doing what you love and getting the flavors just right.

With our new branding in place we needed a manifesto to drive it all home. A carefully crafted, shot-on-film piece that would do justice to the grillers we serve.

I had the pleasure of working as the Creative Director on this iconic brand and collaborating with the loveable Jason Kelce and legendary comedic director Neal Brennan on these fun videos to fire up die-hard grillers for tailgating season,

CAN WE TAILGATE IT?

As football season ended, with Jason established as the King of the Tailgate, we put out a call to grillers to keep the flames of the tailgate burning.

A TAILGATE MOVEMENT

Once we put the call out, we created an influencer and UGC campaign sparking tailgate ideas, gathering people's suggestions, and fueling their tailgates with response videos and free Kingsford product and SWAG.
